The guys from tuninghouse.net have created one of the best tuned RX8. It’s got a custom greddy turbo kit, a custom carbon VeilSide bodykit, a wicked interior, big wheels and a system for spitting flames, by keeping the fire on the exhaust for a longer time.
In the following video , near the Rx8, there is a tuning Honda S2000, also from tuninghouse.

Because of some unburnt fuel, the rx8 spits flames at high revs.
Also this effect can be produced easier by using a flame thrower equiment.
